"LOVE Kim Loan!
It's in a shady strip mall in Fullerton but don't be deceived. Their menu is huge! By the time our server came over and my boyfriend had starting ordering I seriously just picked the first thing my eyes landed on. It happened to be #46, Bun Thit Heo Xao (sauteed pork, vermicelli noodles and mint). A giant bowl was less than $5. Perfect rainy day food!"

"This is my fav Vietnamese restaurant in the OC and actually in life in general!! Their rare beef pho is bomb as is their bun--- soo goooood (and soooooo flippin cheap). Plus the classic speedy fast service (like all vietnamese restaurants) makes this a way cooler option than most fast food out there. I could eat here for like ever, almost."
